Compressed Air Supply

In order to ensure smooth operation of DCA Deckert dry ice blasting systems and to achieve optimum cleaning results, the following requirements with regard to compressed air supply must be met:

Compressed Air Quality

The compressed air supplied must be clean, free of oil and dry.

Note:
When operating dry ice blasting systems, the compressed air must be of superior quality. The compressor used must be equipped with an air drying device such as, for instance, a after- cooler or adsorption-dryer. Solid matter contaminations and oil fog must be removed by using the appropriate filters.

Working Pressure and Air Volume

In order to be able to make full use of the cleaning power of DCA Deckert dry ice blasting machines, please note the references from the technical Data sheets.

Note:
The requirements as to working pressure and air volume must be met throughout the entire blasting process.
